We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact through actions that make a difference, from e-waste recycling and donations to the local Men’s Shed to carbon footprint tracking and partnerships that give old devices a new home. We’re working to create a more circular and sustainable approach to technology.

We prioritise social impact through initiatives that support our employees and local communities. We deliver regular DEI training and roll out two new wellness programs each year, informed by employee wellbeing surveys. Outside the office, we contribute donations and volunteer hours to our local charities through our Giving Back program.

The giving back Program
As part of our corporate giving and charity-based initiatives at Truis, our Giving Back program partners our organisation with a charity that our employees feel strongly about supporting. This commitment to charitable giving includes paid volunteer time and financial aid by Truis to these partner charities. This year our chosen charities are GIVIT and Centenary Suburbs Mens Shed. Additionally, each month we allocate funds to be donated to our Employee of the Month's charity of choice.
