The Essential Eight is a set of mitigation strategies developed by The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) to help organisations safeguard themselves against cyber attacks. Of these eight strategies, there’s one particularly critical as a final line of defence – daily data backups.
Why backups are the backbone of cyber security
